I live on the traditional unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, and I'm very grateful to be a guest on this land.

As a Human Potentialist, I believe that people are inherently good and that we have the power to choose to bring our dreams to life. There is light in us, and we have limitless creative potential. The foundation of my life's work is self-love, as I believe that kindness and genuine care for oneself lead to a more profound presence and joy and the capacity to offer greater service to the world through one's innate gifts. I believe in the power of community and the importance of lifting each other and creating opportunities for others when we can.

As a Coach, I help my clients tune in to what matters most to their hearts, and I weave in mindfulness modalities such as breath, meditation, movement, yoga, the enneagram, and Reiki.

 

I hold certificates as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Leadership Coach (CLC), Hatha yoga teacher 200 hours, and Usui Reiki Teacher.  I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Enneagram Association. I've completed training with The Enneagram Prison Project (EPP), and I’m helping to bring EPP to Canada. I run workshops on self-awareness, leadership, and the enneagram and host the Lovolution Movement Podcast. Venetia

has inspired me to call Lovolution our "love project," and I want to be sure she gets credit for that.
